📋 Description
• Maintain financial records including bank transactions, VAT & payroll • Do general bookkeeping for internal finance team • Record financial transactions • Maintain accounts • Reconcile bank statement • Update Google Sheets
🎯 Requirements
• At least 2 years of general bookkeeping experience • Experience with Xero, QuickBooks, or another bookkeeping software • Experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets • Ability to prioritize a busy workload and meet challenging deadlines • Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills • Good IT skills, particularly in the use of online accounting software • Organized, with a thorough, methodical approach to their work • Ability to communicate clearly in English • Ability to work as part of a team
