Description
• Write, update, and/or review test cases, and other quality assurance-related technical data forms and quality documents • Adhere to existing QA processes and best practices when testing Fabric products • Perform investigations of non-conformances, customer complaints, and corrective actions • Executes test cases under varying circumstances, based on the Test Cases Steps • Documents and evaluates test results • Detects, logs, and reports program bugs and glitches • Tracks defects and helps troubleshoot errors • Ensure the timely and effective follow-up of all identified or assigned quality issues • Work with product development and engineering teams to ensure proper completion of required product documentation and translate them into test plans • Maintain and demonstrate an understanding of global health standards and regulations • Analyze specifications, demonstrate your ability to organize a test and decide when to ask for clarification • Suggest solutions to identified product problems • Investigate product quality in order to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction
Requirements
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Life Sciences or related • 2+ years of experience with software QA tools and processes • Experience with UI/Functional Testing • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills • A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Team player • Good time-management skills • Great interpersonal and communication skills
