Description

• Lead the ideation, prototyping, and development of machine learning models for batch, real-time and near real-time inference scenarios. • Develop end-to-end model development cycles from exploratory data analysis and model building to training and evaluation. • Drive continuous performance improvements and iterate on the deployed models. • Understand and gather insights from data and model performance and relate those to business KPIs. • Communicate and explain complex processes to different business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong background in Machine Learning and Statistical Modeling, with at least 5+ years of experience creating models. • Experience creating model pipelines from scratch, with a deep understanding on how to take a model through the stages of the complete ML lifecycle. • Experience implementing or deploying machine learning backends and services in cloud environments such as: GCP, Azure, Databricks or AWS. • Understanding or exposure to SoA AI/ML techniques. • Experience working with different stakeholders and relating model metrics to business KPIs. • Strong coding ability. You must be able to write clean, modular, and efficient code. Critical thinking, structured and logical communication skills, ability to problem solve and articulate solutions for complex settings. • Strong written and oral communication in English. • Nice to have: Experience with real-time scenarios, low-latency systems, and data-intensive environments is a plus. • An advanced degree in Computer Science or related fields is a plus.
