Description

• F.A. Davis is one of the oldest independent, family-managed publishing houses in America • Meet or exceed assigned yearly sales goal • Use of consultative and negotiating selling skills to uncover and close opportunities • Maintain strong level of digital and print product knowledge • Develop, maintain, and keep current all account records in CRM system • Deliver in-person or WebEx orientation sessions to key customers • Assist eLearning Specialist in customer/instructor training • Report on market conditions, trends, and opportunities • Monitor and manage territory expenses • Complete special projects as assigned

Requirements

• Ability to work independently and productively with a positive attitude and minimal day-to-day supervision • Highly organized, detail-oriented, persistent, and able to prioritize tasks • Proven ability to develop rapport, understand customer needs/pain points, overcome objections, and persuade • Highly developed verbal, written, and phone-based communication skills • Proven ability to conduct effective webinars • Experience selling digital, online products, and print products to higher education (health science) customers preferred
