📋 Description

• A Product Owner will work closely with leaders across FA, receiving on-the-job training to take ownership of the end-to-end lifecycle of a product portfolio. • A successful Product Owner will serve as the facilitator and planner for all aspects of product management. • Drive activities of corresponding cross-functional teams who build, integrate, or enhance new or existing products within their portfolio. • This work will be aligned to the product roadmap using Agile methodology. • They will coordinate and initiate the appropriate actions with the right SWAT POD, including QA, Scrum Masters, Architects, and Developers. • The Product Owner will focus on maximizing product reusability, driving revenue growth, enabling new client acquisitions, improving customer experience, and fostering strong teamwork.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (business or technical degree preferred) • Minimum of 3 years in a product management role, with familiarity in APIs, product and software development tools, techniques, and Agile methodologies • Practical experience with Agile methodologies is highly desired, ideally 3+ years of experience within an organization undergoing Agile transformation • Strong technical skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with development teams and motivate them with ideas and vision • Proven ability to collaborate and partner with engineers to scope projects, overcome challenges, and ship impactful products • Excellent team player who thrives in cross-functional environments but can also work independently to resolve bottlenecks, gather customer feedback, make trade-offs, and balance business needs with technical constraints • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data from diverse sources, identify key issues, and craft effective solutions • Familiarity with DevOps, JIRA, and other product management tools • Experience in automation, identity verification, or fraud prevention is a plus.
