📋 Description

• Facilitate all aspects of product roadmap aligned to the product roadmap using Agile methodology • Drive activities of teams who build, integrate or enhance products in their respective portfolio • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable user stories • Validate specifications with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistency with business requirements • Document new features and communicate functionality to end users • Measure and analyze existing products for opportunities to innovate

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a business or technology field • Three or more years related experience in Technical Product Management or related role, preferably in a global, public organization, including practical agile experience • Familiarity with product and software development tools, techniques and agile methodologies • A passionate commitment to user-centered design and development • Strong listening and question-based knowledge gathering skills • Ability to synthesize and analyze data from a variety of sources, identify issues, draw conclusions, and craft solutions • Proven ability to self-manage and drive results (organize, prioritize, time manage and focus) • Demonstrated ability to create value through enterprise technology, data and application architecture principles • Great team player with respect for others, yet able to work independently • Inquisitive and willing to learn
