🎯 Requirements
• 1–2 Jahre Erfahrung im Customer Service • Kenntnisse in E-Commerce-Metriken, Customer Journey Analytics und A/B-Testing • Erfahrung mit CRM-Tools, Marketing Automation und Review-Management-Plattformen • Sicherer Umgang mit Analytics-Tools, Dashboards und Excel/Google Sheets für Datenanalysen • Grundkenntnisse in SQL und Data Analysis (von Vorteil) • Starke Problemlösungskompetenz und Hands-on-Mentalität • Sicheres Deutsch (C1 oder höher) sowie Verständnis für Brand Voice und Tonalität
