📋 Description

• FairMoney is on a mission to provide fair, transparent, and accessible financial solutions to millions of Nigerians. • As we expand our product offerings beyond lending, we are seeking a Growth Manager to drive the growth of our retail banking products, including savings accounts (long-term and short-term deposits), current accounts, and other non-lending financial services. • As the Growth Manager for Retail Banking, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing growth strategies to drive customer acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention for FairMoney’s savings and current accounts. • You will work closely with Product, Data, Marketing, and Operations teams to build a strong user base, optimize funnels, and ensure seamless customer journeys.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in a growth, digital marketing, or performance marketing role within fintech, banking, e-commerce, or a high-growth startup. • Strong understanding of growth marketing, offline acquisition, digital acquisition, lifecycle marketing, and data-driven decision-making. • Experience in managing multi-channel campaigns, including paid media, referral programs, CRM, and organic growth. • Strong analytical skills, and experience with SQL, Google Analytics, and data visualization tools. • Hands-on experience with A/B testing, conversion optimization, and retention marketing. • Ability to develop and execute strategies with limited resources in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills. • Passion for financial inclusion and empowering Nigerians with fair banking solutions.
