• FairMoney is a credit-led mobile bank for emerging markets. • Actively constructing a mobile banking platform and POS solution for emerging markets. • Developing high-quality features with the Product team. • Building a platform for market-specific features while maintaining core products. • Tackling complex financial processes with appropriate solutions. • Driving architecture and technology choices for a world-class customer experience. • Designing, developing, and deploying medium to large-sized projects. • Defining engineering best practices and providing mentorship. • Contributing to infrastructure improvements for millions of clients. • Analyzing efficiency, scalability, and stability of platform integration.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Computer Science, Maths, or related technical domain. • You have 6+ years of experience in backend software development with C#. • You have 2+ years of experience working in Fintech. • You have 2+ years of experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability, and scaling) of new and current systems. • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills. • You have excellent problem-solving skills and object-oriented design skills.
