Description

• Responsible for performing basic electrical power, lighting, and low voltage system engineering tasks • Operates computer-assisted engineering and data entry software and equipment • Performs detailed calculations to compute and establish construction standards and specifications • Modeling for short circuit and Arc Flash calculations • Generating reports for customer or updating spreadsheets based on calculations • Performs other related duties as required and assigned

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering - Electrical or Associate Degree in Electrical Technology • 4 years of progressive electrical engineering related experience • Proficient in the use of a PC and Microsoft Office Suite • AutoCAD/Revit knowledge is required • Knowledge of electrical terminology and symbols is required • Knowledge of the International Energy Conservation Code (IECC) is necessary
