Description

• Develop and improve QA/QC processes, systems, and standard documents. • Understand quality requirements, expectations, and specifications for clients and projects. • Provide guidance to project managers and field operations leaders on quality requirements. • Create relational data sets from project construction drawings and specifications. • Guide, mentor and support team of engineers. • Ensure detailed procedures and QA/QC plans are accurate. • Design new QA/QC programs based on requirements. • Ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements. • Develop written QA/QC Work Scope and Estimates. • Lead development of systems to achieve project QA/QC requirements.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or Bachelor of Science Electrical Engineering Technology Degree • Experience: 8 years of related experience. • Experience working with Hyperscale data center construction, electrical construction, and/or managing of small teams preferred. • or Education: Associate of Science in Electrical Engineering or Bachelor of Science Electrical Engineering Technology Degree • Experience: 12 years of related experience. • Up to 30% Travel • Typical work hours are between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday.
