• Oversee the implementation of internal policies and procedures • Monitor and interpret legislative and regulatory changes • Analyze and address inquiries from regulatory agencies • Provide legal guidance to the executive team • Provide expert advice on the legal implications of company strategies
🎯 Requirements
• Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree • Admission to a State Bar or equivalent legal qualification • 9+ years practicing law • 4+ years in a global regulatory environment • 5+ years of experience working with or in direct exposure of Financial Services institutions or FinTech companies • Experience with regulatory compliance in U.S., U.K., and E.U. jurisdictions
