📋 Description
• Develop and maintain relationships with insurance agents, brokers, and other industry professionals to generate new business. • Prospect, qualify, and onboard new agency partners to expand the company’s market presence. • Identify client needs and match them with appropriate insurance products and solutions. • Negotiate terms and pricing with agents and carriers to help find solutions for clients. • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working as an insurance broker and/or wholesale broker is preferred. • Past experience should include Wholesale Broking, MGA, or Carrier work. • Preferred but not required: strong knowledge and experience in one or more of the following areas—ocean marine, inland marine, property, and logistics insurance. • Proven record of business development and production responsibilities is required. • Must be willing to obtain Property & Casualty Producer’s License within company allocated time frame from date of employment.
