Requirements

• Proven track record of leading and mentoring a team of 10+, ideally within a research or production-oriented environment. • Degrees or significant experience in fields such as English, History, Psychology, Sociology, Liberal Arts, Library Sciences, Criminal Justice, etc., are beneficial. • Strong ability to communicate effectively across various levels of an organization and with clients. • Advanced skills in database research, including boolean searching and using platforms like LexisNexis and PACER. • Proficient with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, BI tools, and Adobe applications; adept at using digital communication tools for team management. • Strong cross-functional collaborator, effective and efficient communicator with direct and indirect team members and departments. • Demonstrates leadership and coaching within fast-paced production environments with metrics, communicating standardized processes, and executing quality assurance deliverables.
