• Collaborate with the VP of Casino to set the overall strategy and vision for casino operations • Responsibly plan, set goals, and align the casino & performance with broader business objectives • Prioritize commercial team needs and drive them into the Product & Marketing organization • Establish, report, and review the Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) of the casino business • Identify new growth opportunities within Fanatics and with partners • Manage budgetary responsibilities including freebet and loyalty programs, spend distribution among player segments, and balancing budgets across customer engagement strategies • Provide leadership to the Head of Casino Performance and the wider commercial team • Drive focus on the casino business and ensure effective execution of strategy across the organization
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Online Gaming, preferably in a commercial or operational role • Experience running a high performing Casino Commercial, Operational, or Marketing function • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for driving business decisions • Ability to report complex data and analysis in a clear manner to senior stakeholders
