Lead a talented team of Software Engineers dedicated to developing cutting-edge technology solutions that power our risk and trading domain • Set a vision, drive execution, and ensure technology supports and propels FBG and the wider Fanatics ecosystem forward • Direct responsibility for project prioritization, software quality, system maintenance, and the professional growth of your engineers • Foster a culture of innovation, encourage contributions to cross-team technical discussions, support ideas, and empower decision-making • Develop a team capable of delivering technology solutions that enhance the fan experience, maintaining high standards of software and system quality that Fanatics is known for

Requirements

• Proven experience in engineering leadership, with a keen ability to mentor, develop talent, and drive technical excellence. • A solid foundation in software development, with 5+ years in .Net or similar technologies, and 3+ years in designing cloud-native solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP). • Expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies, with the flexibility to adapt and thrive in a rapidly evolving landscape. • Demonstrated capability in leading complex, scalable solution development, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences. • Positive and flexible attitude to work in a fast-paced environment and a willingness to embrace new initiatives. • Highly outcome-oriented and data-driven • Excellent influencing and problem-resolution skills
