• Develop and implement effective marketing plans and brand strategies for sport & entertainment collections tailored to the French and Benelux markets. • Manage all elements of consumer marketing/promotions, including consumer research and analysis, advertising, trade promotion, online marketing, financial analysis, and budget management. • Oversee and manage the successful creation of TV commercials from script to broadcast. • Work closely with the Social Media Manager to produce engaging content for Topps’ social media channels, including influencer marketing, to increase the reach and engagement of our collections. • Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling content for social media, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. • Create and develop relationships with high-profile partners such as football governing bodies, football clubs, and brand partners. • Manage new licenses and contract renewals with professional football clubs in France and the Benelux region. • Explore new opportunities to work with brand partners and organizations to extend the reach of all collections, including promotion, sampling, and mutually beneficial competitions. • Organize and execute successful large-scale audience-focused events across multiple cities in France and the Benelux. • Develop project teams and outline critical paths, timelines, and deliverables to ensure timely and effective execution of marketing initiatives. • Accurately manage the promotional and advertising spend for each collection, ensuring alignment with the budget. • Work with sales teams in France and the Benelux to develop retail plans for each product, ensuring maximum market penetration and sales growth. • Collaborate with internal and external teams, including agencies and suppliers, to execute marketing activities effectively. • Manage PR, online, and media agencies to develop cost-effective ideas that promote the company and its products.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. • 5-10 years of marketing experience in sports/entertainment or relevant consumer products. • Proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns. • Strong passion for and comprehensive knowledge of football and sports. • Self-confident, energetic, proactive, organized, highly detailed, and goal-oriented. • Strong influencing, communication, and interpersonal skills with a ‘can-do’ mindset. • Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously in a fast-paced team environment. • Proven ability to multitask, juggle multiple projects, and effectively determine priorities. • Experience working with an international, decentralized team. • Hands-on, pragmatic, and results-oriented. • Ability to think creatively and strategically while also being able to execute flawlessly. • Fluent in French and English; Dutch proficiency is a plus. • Experience working in the French and Benelux markets. • Experience working for an international company. • Personal affinity with or direct experience in collectible sports and entertainment products.
