📋 Description

• The Marketing Production Manager will play a critical role in overseeing and optimizing the execution of creative marketing projects. • This position requires strong leadership, exceptional organizational skills, and a solutions-oriented mindset to manage complex workflows in a fast-paced creative environment. • Success in this role requires the ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives while proactively solving challenges and improving processes. • This individual will own production schedules, oversee asset management, and drive operational efficiencies, ensuring marketing campaigns launch on time and with excellence. • Experience in marketing production, creative operations, or project management is essential, as is the ability to collaborate with senior marketing leaders, vendors, and external partners to execute projects at scale.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in marketing production, creative operations, or project management roles. • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Motion, Trello, Asana) and creative platforms (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud). • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint). • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to influence and collaborate cross-functionally. • Experience working with agencies, vendors, and external partners to execute production tasks.
