📋 Description

• As a Staff Software Engineer at Fanatics Betting & Gaming, you'll join the CATx mobile team, responsible for the growing Fanatics sportsbook app. • You will take ownership of the evolving iOS code base, deliver scalable code, assist with architectural improvements, and help management with process improvements. • Embrace data-driven development and continuous process optimization to deliver a stable platform. • You'll lead teams, contribute to planning and design discussions, mentor engineers, and influence adherence to engineering principles. • Must be open to occasional travel to Fanatics Betting & Gaming offices and other locations for conferences, events, meetings, and team-building activities.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of iOS development experience • Demonstrated proficiency coding in Swift • Experience with Kotlin Multiplatform and are comfortable learning and doing business logic development in the Kotlin Multiplatform ecosystem • You understand a broad range of design approaches • You are able to triage and debug system-wide production issues • Demonstrated experience mentoring other engineers • Able to effectively communicate complex technical subjects to a variety of audiences (engineers, technical leaders, marketing and operations teams, non-technical functional leaders) • Familiar with Agile software product delivery and SCRUM methodology • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills • You have an agile mindset; able to embrace new initiatives in a fast-paced environment • Thrives in an entrepreneurial, hyper-growth environment where priorities evolve regularly and decisions are made quickly • Team-first mentality, with a willingness to do what it takes to get the job done and a desire to strive for better • Able to effectively work cross-functionally within an enterprise environment
