📋 Description
• Define and execute the technical strategy for ad targeting, privacy compliance, and ad performance monitoring systems. • Oversee the development of systems for ad tracking, monitoring, alerting, and data analysis to optimize revenue and identify ad performance issues. • Champion best practices in software development, experimentation, and agile methodologies. • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers, fostering an inclusive and innovative environment. • Provide career guidance and clear performance expectations to ensure team success. • Drive the creation of scalable, efficient, and reliable systems to monitor and improve ad performance. • Ensure that solutions adhere to privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and incorporate effective consent management. • Align team objectives with business goals and develop actionable roadmaps to achieve them. • Stay ahead of industry trends in ad tech and incorporate them into team strategies. • Collaborate with product, analytics, and ad operations teams to refine ad targeting strategies and improve the ad experience. • Effectively communicate with stakeholders to align priorities and resolve roadblocks.
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a management or leadership role. • Proven experience designing and implementing scalable systems for ad tracking, monitoring, and alerting. • Strong technical background in backend systems, data engineering, and privacy compliance. • Experience with programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar. • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP. • Knowledge of ad tech standards, frameworks (OpenRTB, IAB), and consent management systems. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. • Passion for mentoring engineers and building high-performing teams.
