• Fandom UX design is growing! We are hiring a Design Operations Manager in support of our stellar Product Design Team. The position is fully remote and located in Poland. Join us as we build the most compelling fan experiences for TV, Movies, Games, Anime, and entertainment. • As a Design Operations Manager, you will report to the Head of Product Design and will support the daily operations of a fast-paced, multidisciplinary, product design development organization. This includes being a strong user-centered advocate and design practitioner who excels in optimizing the performance, process, and practice of our product designers. You will have a big impact on a rapidly growing product experience while working with a diverse team of designers across the world to build the best platform for shared Fan experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). • 5+ years of experience in design operations, project management, or a related role, preferably in a creative agency or design-driven organization. • Strong understanding of design processes, methodologies, and principles, with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable project plans and deliverables. • Proven track record of managing complex projects, teams, and budgets, with exceptional organizational and multitasking skills. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. • Proficiency in project management tools and software, design tools (e.g., Figma, Zeplin, Adobe Creative Suite), and collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack, Asana, Jira). • Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically, solve problems, and drive continuous improvement in design operations.
