Description

• Assess and identify potential risks related to operational, reputational, financial and credit risks • Communicate and collaborate with key stakeholders across Multifamily and the Multifamily Enterprise Risk Management team • Responsible for governance activities associated with the pre-acquisition process for multifamily loans • Create and maintain procedures and internal credit guidance for the Multifamily Credit Underwriting business • Build out oversight framework to enhance ability to mitigate challenges in Multifamily Credit Underwriting • Manage Internal Audits and remediation of identified issues • Advise on potential risks and costs involved with providing services to a customer • Analyze risks and costs of lending decisions and make recommendations on process improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum Required Experience: 6 years related experience • Multifamily and GSE loan structuring experience • Familiarity with the Multifamily Selling and Servicing Guide • Prior experience performing financial and trend analysis and reporting findings • Prior experience with credit risk, loan quality analysis, or risk assessment and risk management • Prior regulatory, compliance or governance experience • Loan Management including evaluating loan requests, classifying loans, identifying fraud, originating loans, etc. • Adept at managing project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completion • Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand • Influencing including negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflict • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills • Desired Experience: 12 years related experience • Bachelor degree or equivalent; Master degree preferred
