Description

• Lead Multifamily's organizational policies for compliance with relevant regulations • Identify compliance risks for business activities and develop tools to resolve issues • Maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders for compliance responsibilities • Ensure data quality for compliance reporting and analysis

Requirements

• 8 years of experience • Bachelor degree or equivalent; Master degree preferred • 4 years relevant focused commercial, small business, or multifamily lending discipline, such as underwriting or risk management • 4 years relevant focused compliance risk discipline, such as Fair Lending, Fair Housing, Small Business lending, and/or UDAAP • Skills related to Compliance including evaluating and designing controls, conducting impact assessments, identifying control gaps, remediating risk, and navigating the resolution of potential competing objectives • Experience helping an organization to plan and manage change • Skilled in gathering accurate information and presenting to an audience • Leadership capabilities, including leading teams, giving feedback, facilitating meetings, and coaching and mentoring • Skills related to Relationship Management • Skilled in documentation and database reporting
