•Accelerate your development and exposure to high performance applications and cloud infrastructure. •Join Faptic Technology, a fast-growing scale-up organization with an ambition to be recognized as one of the leading technology companies in Romania. •Our global client base needs builders: engineers and developers who love technology, have deep expertise in software and cloud technologies, and importantly, have a passion for culture and customers. •We obsess about our customers. •We build outstanding technical solutions. •We create an awesome culture. •We accelerate learning and careers. •We are looking for a Senior ETL Developer with strong expertise in Microsoft Azure environments, data pipeline principles, and enterprise data integration. •The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of ETL/ELT processes, Fabric and Graph technologies, and be capable of working independently to design and implement end-to-end data solutions. •Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines in Microsoft Azure using tools such as Azure Data Factory (ADF), SSIS, and Synapse Pipelines. •Build and optimize data models and transformations in Fabric and Graph environments for efficient data processing and analytics. •Develop data integration solutions for ingesting, transforming, and processing structured and unstructured data from various sources. •Work independently on projects, from gathering requirements to deployment, ensuring high-quality and scalable solutions. •Leverage Power BI for reporting and data visualization, ensuring effective presentation of insights. •Optimize ETL performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity across multiple systems. •Implement and enforce best practices in data architecture, security, and governance within the Azure ecosystem. •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into scalable data solutions. •Utilize Azure DevOps for version control, CI/CD implementation, and workflow automation.
🎯 Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. •5+ years of experience in ETL development, data integration, and data pipeline management. •Expertise in Microsoft Azure environments, including Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Synapse, SQL Server, and Fabric. •Strong understanding of data pipeline principles, including batch and real-time processing. •Experience with Graph databases and their application within enterprise solutions. •Ability to work independently, handle multiple projects, and take ownership of end-to-end ETL processes. •Must have Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Data Engineer Associate, Power BI Data Analyst Associate, or equivalent). •Proficiency in SQL, Python, or PowerShell for data transformation and automation. •Experience working with REST APIs for data extraction and integration. •Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and attention to detail. •Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
