Requirements

• NC Bar Licensure • Experience 3 – 6 years • Must be able to conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and other litigation documents • Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and trial preparation • Take/defend depositions, attend hearings, and attend trials as part of a trial team • Court and deposition experience strongly preferred • Experience with all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation
