• Implement Fastems sales strategy within the region • Develop assigned territory • Maximize and grow revenue and profits • Maintain consistent communication with customers and prospects • Report market needs to product lines and management • Meet/exceed sales targets • Maintain product mix and selling price • Understand evolving business needs of customers • Execute negotiations with customers and partners • Expand customer understanding and use of Fastems' offerings

Requirements

• Hungry for business, growth, and success • Minimum of 5 years of work experience in automation solution or system sales • Technical know-how in manufacturing automation industry • Specific knowledge of ERP, scheduling, automation, tool management, and program management • Positive and business-oriented attitude • Ability to cooperate, drive negotiations, and close orders • Knowledgeable about manufacturing automation and best practices • Ability to thrive under high-pressure situations
