Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, crm marketing, or a related role • Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills, with extensive experience using data to inform decision making • Independent and a self starter; ability to drive both strategic and tactical workstreams forward with minimal oversight • Proficiency in tools such as Iterable (or any other major ESPs), Appcues, Mixpanel, Tableau, and Asana • Strong understanding of the customer journey and its funnel stages • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing campaigns from ideation to execution • Ability to identify and develop new opportunities that drive action • Experience in SMS, push, and in-product notifications is a plus
