• Drive our talent acquisition strategy, ensuring we attract, engage, and hire top talent globally. • Oversee the Talent Delivery team and Employer Branding. • Ensure a strong pipeline of high-quality candidates while enhancing our employer brand positioning. • Leverage data analytics to drive insights and continuously optimize talent acquisition strategies. • Act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders and align hiring initiatives with business objectives.
🎯 Requirements
• 15+ years' related experience in global Talent Acquisition • 7+ years in a leadership role, managing a team • Specific Talent Acquisition experience • Experience in leading and supporting cross-functional projects, interacting effectively with all levels of the company • Mastery around operational processes and tools • Experience in the Tech Industry and growing companies with the potential to IPO will be considered a plus. • Experience in high-growth, fast-paced, or matrix organizations • Proficiency in ATS, CRM, and HR analytics tools (e.g., Greenhouse, LinkedIn Talent Insights, Power BI, or similar). • Fluency in English (mandatory).
