Description

• Champion and leader of the product design team • Create a vision and roadmap for brand mission • Set quality standards for Product Design across all products • Lead and support product designers as a People Coach • Define and maintain Product Design principles and ways of working • Work closely with analytics and user research for ideation • Be a thought-partner to the VP of Product • Manage the team to deliver ready-to-build designs • Demonstrate hands-on product design skills when required

Requirements

• Proven experience (5+ years) in a leadership position with people management • Visionary and creative design professional who cares about user experience • Comfortable working within and leading a team through high ambiguity with competing priorities • Action-oriented • Passionate about product design and enriching user experiences • Experience creating and evolving design systems effectively
