Description

• Responsible for integration and management of complex systems in a dynamic environment, focusing on scalable React Native applications • Explore new technologies and frameworks to enhance mobile application • Lead in coding best practices and architectural patterns for scalable applications • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence • Analyze root causes of problems, drive solution planning with the team • Maintain active relationships with Product, ensuring functional requirements are met • Apply latest innovations in mobile technology to dating space and set industry standards

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience with mobile development, including leadership experience as an IC working in React Native • Experience building at scale, excited by helping take from 2 million to 10 million users • Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment • Led teams through challenging technical problems and high-impact projects • Worked in both IOS and Android, prepared to lead initiatives in both • Developed a strong toolkit of perspective and frameworks for leadership
