• Lead design for the marketing site, homepage, ad landing pages, and emails ensuring consistency, and creative quality from concept to execution • Provide technical guidance and support to the development team, ensuring design feasibility and optimal implementation. • Support on brand design projects as needed, such as digital ads, social media, and larger out-of-home campaigns • Consistently deliver timely, high-quality executions of brand experiences • Work with developers and be able to provide technical guidance and support to ensure optimal implementation • Work with marketers and data analysts to identify and create solutions to improve performance and be able to iterate on existing designs • Contribute to evolving the Felix brand identity in collaboration with the broader design and brand team • Help cultivate a culture of exceptional quality and creativity within the marketing team
• Has 3-5 years experience bringing consumer brands to life in the digital space • Deeply understands web design, UX/UI principles, responsiveness, interaction design, and web accessibility standards and is comfortable working with developers • Is extremely well-versed in Figma • Has incredible aesthetic sensibility and capability in visual design and understands typography, colour theory, hierarchy, and composition • Obsesses over details and has genuine passion for design and creativity • Is an excellent communicator with creatives and non-creatives alike, and is comfortable and eager to give and receive creative feedback • Thrives in a fast-paced environment working with a small team • Has a portfolio that demonstrates relevant web design experience • Is kind and empathetic, and genuinely excited about the possibilities in the healthcare space
