• Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand marketing, integrated campaigns, or related roles. • Proven experience executing brand campaigns, product launches, and sponsorship activations. • Experience managing social media, real-time marketing, and influencer partnerships. • Excellent organizational and project management skills to drive multiple initiatives simultaneously. • Ability to analyze brand performance metrics and make data-driven marketing decisions. • Experience working in a Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) online brand or startup environment is preferred. • Experience working in a fast-paced, growth-focused company.
