Description
• Responsible for the design of audio equipment from initial circuit and mechanical concepts through release to manufacturing. • Works with others inside and outside R&D to resolve any issues, technical or non-technical.
Requirements
• At a minimum, a BSEE/BSET or equivalent is required. • 7+ years of experience in related electronics design required • Musical background is a plus. • A strong desire for continuous process and product quality improvement • Strong task management skills • Advanced technical skills sufficient to independently design audio products and solve difficult technical problems. • Experience with complex MCU/MPU systems. • Experience in high-speed digital circuit design (ethernet, USB, etc). • Experience with digital audio protocols. • Proficiency with standard electronics test equipment. • Ability to construct electronic circuits using basic tools. • Good technical and non-technical communications skills. • Project planning and management skills, Leadership and supervisory skills.
