📋 Description

• Manage all aspects of projects, from start to finish, ensuring adherence to established timelines. • Coordinate, document, and communicate all aspects of each project. • Cultivate and maintain effective relationships with major accounts/customers. • Monitor project progress and performance against plans. • Collaborate to define project scope and specifications. • Work closely with internal business partners to establish timelines. • Define and implement efficient project management methodologies. • Conduct regular project meetings and prepare status reports. • Foster interdepartmental collaboration to ensure successful outcomes. • Manage, document, and track cost data for each project. • Create product portfolios of current and potential new products.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years of Project Management experience. • Prior experience with managing product development and/or design projects, preferred. • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in project management or related field. • Demonstrable problem-solving project management experience and skills. • Effective communication skills. • Industry knowledge is preferred. • Project Management Professional certification is highly desirable. • Proficiency in project management tools and software -preferably Airtable or Hive. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint, etc.). • Detail-orientated with a proven track record to organize and prioritize work.
