• Ferryscanner is an online search and booking engine for affordable ferry tickets • Produce compelling and informative content for website, blog posts, newsletters, and marketing materials • Research ferry destinations, routes, and related travel topics • Collaborate with marketing team to develop content strategies • Write clear destination descriptions, landing page copy, and promotional materials • Use SEO best practices to optimize Croatian-language content • Proofread and edit content for accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines • Stay updated on industry trends and ferry-related developments • Assist in localizing content from English to Croatian
Requirements
• Native Croatian speaker with excellent writing and editing skills is a must • Proven experience as a copywriter, content creator, or similar role is a must (preferably in the travel or hospitality industry) • A portfolio of previous work demonstrating your ability to craft compelling content would be great • Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices and ability to implement them in Croatian content • Familiarity with SEO tools like Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Google Search Console etc. • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines • A keen eye for detail and exceptional proofreading and editing abilities • Creativity and strong research skills • Collaborative spirit • Excellent time-management and organizational skills
