📋 Description

• Own the Testing Process: Take charge of testing our Remote IO devices & Cable products and their interactions within our full scale electrical automation systems, ensuring they’re rock solid and reliable. • Technically Lead of the Team: Guide, inspire, and manage an international team of testers, creating a culture of collaboration, growth, and accountability. • Strategic Test Planning: Develop, oversee, and execute detailed test plans and schedules, driving the entire test cycle from preparation to completion. • Ensure Quality: Make sure all testing meets our high standards for quality, finding ways to improve every step of the way. • Keep Everyone in the Loop: Communicate test progress, results, and any challenges clearly to stakeholders. • Collaborate Across Teams: Work hand-in-hand with project managers, developers, product and quality managers to make sure everything aligns perfectly. • Optimize Processes: Lead the way in process improvements, from planning to phase preparation and key meetings. • Drive Collaboration: Partner with other testing teams to improve strategies, embrace new tech, and enhance test automation.

🎯 Requirements

• You have a degree in software engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a similar field. • Solid experience in testing for electrical automation or related areas is your thing. • Teamwork, communication, and conflict resolution? You’ve mastered them. • Leading international teams is something you’ve done and excelled at. • You’re organized, methodical, and have a structured way of working. • You’re familiar with project and risk management tools and methods. • You have an ISTQB® Foundation Level certification (Advanced Level is a big plus). • Embedded systems, testing tools, black box, regression testing, testing in an agile environment — you know your stuff. • Microcontrollers, sensors, and communication protocols (like Ethernet, Profinet, EtherCAT, IO-Link, CC-Link or similar) aren’t just terms to you; you’re comfortable with them. • Environmental tests (e.g. EMC, Temperature, IP,..), Functional tests (e.g. EN 61131), Compliance tests (e.g.Profinet), the same as for tensile tests and flexure tests and electronical tests of cables (e.g. ISO 6892)? You’ve got the skills. • Your English, both spoken and written, is top-notch.
