• 2+ years of experience with a strong analytical mindset with a deep understanding of key performance indicators of a healthy and stable advertising ecosystem • The ability to effectively collaborate with and influence multidisciplinary product teams including software engineers, designers, product managers and data analysts • Passion and a wealth of knowledge for designing optimal app user flows to impact key metrics • The ability to develop a track for consistent incremental improvements across a product to drive user behavior full-funnel • A high-level of comfort with various analysis tools, whether that be building data views in SQL, or modeling data using Excel/Google Sheets • Prior hands-on experience using A/B testing tools and frameworks to gather real world data on the impact of the various changes we are exploring to create a stronger Fetch Play ecosystem.
