• Identifizierung und Realisierung neuer Chancen unsere Marken bei Bestandskunden zu fördern, Verkaufsvolumina zu steigern und damit das Kunden- sowie unser Geschäft weiter aufzubauen • Neukundenakquise auf Basis unseres Klassifizierungssystems im Gebiet sowie Aufbau von Partnerschaften im Gebiet • Budgetverantwortung und aktive Zusammenarbeit mit den Getränkefachgroßhändlern • Zielorientierte Umsetzung des regionalen Kundenmarketing-, Promotion- und Absatzförderungsplans • Kundenanalyse hinsichtlich des Markt- und Wettbewerbsumfelds, sowie der relevanten Vertriebstreiber und Einleiten entsprechender Maßnahmen für die regionale Planung

🎯 Requirements

• Eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Erfahrung • Kommunikationsstärke, Fachkompetenz und Zuverlässigkeit • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise • Analytische und unternehmerische Denkweise • Großartiges Netzwerk in der Gastronomie, eventuell dazu im Getränkefachgroßhandel • Kenntnisse der gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen, CRM-System und Englisch (B1) • Eine positive und motivierte Einstellung
