📋 Description
• Assist in the coordination of various tasks • Track project statuses • Ensure effective communication across departments • Organize and schedule project-related meetings • Prepare agendas, meeting notes, and follow-up action items • Ensure all stakeholders are informed and prepared for meetings • Act as a liaison between project teams and stakeholders • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management • Monitor project progress and help address any potential issues or delays

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field preferred • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in project management tools and software • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
