• We are looking for an experienced and user-focused Product Manager to lead the design and development of FICO’s platform capabilities for creating intuitive, scalable, and efficient business user interfaces. • This role requires a balance of technical expertise, user experience insight, and a strong understanding of business workflows. • You will work closely with engineering, design, and customer teams to enable our Platform business users to self-serve to create impactful experiences that empower them to achieve their goals effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience. • Significant experience in product management, with a focus on business tools and user interfaces. • Proven success in delivering frontend, user-centric, data-rich software products. • Proven experience with a combination of data-related technologies including predictive analytics, decision intelligence or optimization. • Familiarity with UI/UX design principles, prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Balsamiq), and usability testing processes. • Understanding of front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. • Strong analytical skills to evaluate workflows and identify areas for improvement. • Excellent written and verbal communication to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively. • Passion for building interfaces that solve real business problems and delight users. • Ability to create software that coexists with other capabilities as part of a larger toolset.
