• Lead and mentor a team of Security Architects • Develop and execute a strategic vision for infrastructure security • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess security risks • Define and standardize security best practices • Lead the development and maintenance of security documentation • Drive the adoption of automation and DevSecOps practices • Provide expert guidance on emerging security technologies • Act as a key point of contact for executive leadership • Continuously evaluate and improve the security posture of FICO

Requirements

• Proven experience in leading and managing security teams • In-depth experience in security architecture and engineering • Deep knowledge of AWS • Experience in Azure, GCP, or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure as a plus • Demonstrated experience in transforming legacy security models to modern, cloud-native security frameworks • Expertise in automation tools and scripting languages • Expertise in Infrastructure as Code tools, specifically Terraform and Crossplane • Strong understanding of SASE, Zero Trust security models • Excellent communication and leadership skills • Experience in managing compliance initiatives
