Description

• We are looking for an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company’s CEO. • Executive Assistant’s responsibilities include managing deliverable schedule, social media content, client onboarding, and data entry tasks. • To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance. • Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to executive members. • Role will start Part-time and move to full-time before end of year (2024). • Looking to hire within the next 3-4 weeks. • Part-Time salary range $25,000-$30,000; Full-time salary range $45,000-$55,000 (plus bonus) • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner • Take minutes during meetings • Organize and maintain the office filing system • Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports

Requirements

• Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role • Excellent MS Office knowledge • Outstanding organizational and time management skills • Excellent verbal and written communications skills • Required knowledge of the following tools: • HubSpot, Slack, Trello, Loom, G-Suite/Microsoft, AdobePDF, and Zoom
