🎯 Requirements

• Expand FieldBee's dealer network within your sub-region. • Lead sales activities within your designated sub-region. • Own and achieve sales targets for your sub-region. • Review and improve the relationship conditions with dealers/distributors in your sub-region. • Participate in national and local demonstrations (trade shows and dealer events), and lead webinars. • Monitor and nurture existing dealer/distributor relationships to transform them into FieldBee super-sellers and increase order volumes. • Work closely with our CRM system, managing all data and processes related to the dealer/distributor funnel. • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our brand and expand our network. • Foster relationships with key clients and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
