📋 Description
• Fieldguide is establishing a new state of trust for global commerce and capital markets through automating and streamlining the work of assurance and audit practitioners specifically within cybersecurity, privacy, and ESG. • The Senior Consultant, AI Transformation, is Fieldguide's primary AI expert. Candidates should be proactive, adaptable, and committed to driving innovation in client engagements. • Engage with clients to comprehend their existing workflows, challenges, and objectives. • Identify opportunities where Fieldguide’s AI capabilities can be implemented to enhance quality, accuracy, and efficiency of audit workflows. • Collaborate with clients to review and fine-tune AI functionality. • Lead the coordination of training sessions for clients to familiarize them with AI actions and functionalities. • Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the impact and effectiveness of AI solutions on client workflows. • Develop and document standardized processes and best practices for AI solution deployment and client engagement.
🎯 Requirements
• Deep understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and automation and at least 4+ years of experience with AI vertical SaaS solutions. • Proven experience in management consulting for enterprise AI transformation projects. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex client requirements into practical AI solutions. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to successful completion. • Experience in developing and delivering training sessions or workshops is a plus. • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools is desirable. • Deep industry knowledge and at least 4+ years of experience in audit and advisory services at a public accounting firm is preferred. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Accounting, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
