📋 Description
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including content creators, product managers, and AI engineers, to define requirements for AI avatar creation • Fine-tune diffusion-based models by embedding new concepts using techniques like Dreambooth, LoRA, or textual inversion • Research and evaluate open-source models to enhance our image and video generation pipelines • Apply advanced prompt engineering techniques to produce high-quality, coherent, and creative visual content • Stay up to date with the latest in generative AI (image & video), and experiment with state-of-the-art models to push our creative boundaries
🎯 Requirements
• Hands-on experience with fine-tuning or parameter-efficient fine-tuning (PEFT) methods for diffusion models (e.g. Dreambooth, LoRA, textual inversion) • At least 2 years of experience working with generative models such as Stable Diffusion (1.5, XL), Wan-Video, or Hunyuan • Solid foundation in programming and software engineering: ability to work with code, tools, and infrastructure • Strong communication & collaborative skills (perfectly fluent in English) • Goal-oriented, ownership and commitment • Doer mindset - we are moving fast and we need people who can find the right balance between executing, planning and strategy • Humble - willing to learn, open to feedback • Comfortable building products that are based on uncensored models and content • Experience with Python for scripting or building pipelines • Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and working in cloud-based environments
