📋 Description
• Our Vision: EverAI creates conversational AI experiences for roleplay, gaming, social interactions, and creative writing. • Our Product: since September 2023, already 20M users. • Your Role: Hiring Senior Software Engineers (Back-end / Ruby) to help build and scale our product. • Report to Tech Lead, responsible for project specs, integration plans, code implementation, PRs, code reviews, testing. • Team: Collaborate with co-founder CTO, product team, engineering team (web developers, SRE, data scientists).
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience as a back-end or full-stack software engineer - recent experience with Ruby-on-Rails is mandatory • Experience in tech startups or any similarly agile and fast-paced environment • Experience on large-scale products where your code was used by thousands of users • Strong communication & collaborative skills (perfectly fluent in English) • Ownership and commitment - we’re looking for owners, not renters • Doer mindset - we are moving fast and we need people who can find the right balance between software craftsmanship and velocity • User-centricity - you are proud of what you build and you share our obsession for amazing user experience • Comfortable building products that are based on uncensored models and content
