•Figure is maximizing the value of homeownership in ways that benefit consumers and the industry alike. •Figure is seeking a dynamic and experienced Loan Accounting Manager who is ready to make a powerful impact! •You will lead critical financial operations related to loan transactions and servicing. •Help with automations as well as play a key part in building and refining processes as we scale at lightning speed. •This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of loan accounting by integrating traditional financial practices with innovative technologies.

🎯 Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or similar certification is a plus. •At least 5 years of accounting experience, with a focus on loan accounting. Fintech, public accounting, or startup experience is highly desirable. •Strong understanding of loan structures, servicing processes, and financial reporting for loan portfolios. •Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all work and deliverables •Experience collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to drive automation initiatives and streamline processes. •Proficiency in financial systems and advanced Excel skills, with the ability to write clear and concise accounting documentation. •A proactive self-starter who can work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and deliver results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. •Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally and contribute to a shared vision of excellence.
