πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ The Revenue Operations (RevOps) Team is the backbone of our sales, marketing, and customer success strategies. β€’ We ensure seamless collaboration across teams, optimize processes, and provide actionable insights to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency. β€’ Develop and implement comprehensive sales enablement programs that align with business goals and drive GTM team success. β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, etc.) to gather relevant information and insights for training content. β€’ Design and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs for new and existing sales team members. β€’ Create, curate, and maintain a centralized repository of sales enablement content, including playbooks, training materials, and best practices.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Proven experience in a Sales Enablement, Training, or Sales Operations role, preferably within a SaaS or technology-driven environment. β€’ You have exceptional written and spoken English. β€’ You have a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience training teams. β€’ Strong facilitation and presentation skills. β€’ Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. β€’ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders. β€’ Familiarity with sales methodologies, frameworks, and tools (e.g., CRM platforms such as Salesforce, sales engagement tools). β€’ Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve sales performance. β€’ Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement. β€’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
