• ABOUT THE JOB • About Us: Finance in a box is an Accounting & Financial Consulting firm based out of California, USA. Our mission is to enable our clients' success through scaling their G&A operations by providing high-value, high-integrity services and solutions. • Job-Overview: Job Title: AP Specialist • Job Location: Remote • Job Shift: US PST Shift (8pm-5am, IST) • We're currently looking for an AP Specialist to join us and expand our team. We encourage people to bring the full breadth of their talents, experience, and personal style to make an impact on the clients we serve. We develop outstanding professionals and leaders who grow with our firm and gain the experience and training needed to build a great career.
🎯 Requirements
• 5-7 years of A/P experience • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance • Thorough knowledge of U.S. GAAP • Experience of working on Net Suite & Google Suite • Good work ethic; team player • Excellent communication skills to effectively work with clients • Self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision after training • Strong knowledge of A/P, P2P, invoicing, collections follow-up process, debit notes, and credit notes. • Comfortable communicating via Zoom, Google Meet, etc.
