• Finance in a Box is an Accounting & Financial Consulting firm based in California, USA. • We provide outsourced CFO/Controller services to companies around the world. • Job Title: Controller • Job Location: Remote • Job Shift: US PST Shift (8 pm-5 am IST) • We are seeking an experienced Controller to join our team. • The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience, strong expertise in NetSuite (3-5 years), hands-on experience with Bill.com.
Requirements
• 10+ years of accounting experience, with a focus on controllership for US-based clients. • 3-5 years of experience with NetSuite ERP is mandatory. • Expertise in Bill.com for accounts payable/receivable and workflow automation. • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred. • Strong understanding of US GAAP and related financial reporting requirements. • Exceptional communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration. • Experience managing high-growth, complex accounting environments. • Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
